Products & Pet Information

Our products are intended for dogs only. Any recommendations we provide (including portion sizes and feeding plans) are based on the information you supply. It is your responsibility to ensure the details are accurate and up to date.
We are not veterinarians. While our advice is based on nutritional knowledge and experience, you should consult your vet if your dog has a medical condition or special dietary needs.

Orders & Subscriptions

You can purchase our raw food products:
As a one-time order
As part of an ongoing subscription
Subscriptions are billed automatically at your selected frequency. You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next delivery date.
If you cancel after the cut-off time, your next order will still be processed and shipped.

Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We accept most major debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods.
Payments for subscriptions will be taken automatically at each billing interval.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Subscription customers will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.

Delivery

We deliver to most UK postcodes. Delivery fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders on time but are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide a safe place for the parcel.
Frozen goods must be stored appropriately on arrival.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If there is a problem with your order:

Include photos of the issue where relevant
We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

To manage subscriptions and view orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where we suspect misuse or fraud.
